APPLE TREE

Work in Progress- A study of old apple trees. In April 2026, Hudson Valley orchards fought to save their apple blossoms thru a freeze as low as 18 degrees that came after 86 degree days -burning oil cans or haystacks and flying helicopters above to keep the warm air down as save as much of the flowers -the future fruit as possible.
